  • Learned it in the GI system -

    This may sound ironic, but one of the ways to live healthier & reduce fat in your body is by eating fish oil. which may reduce bad cholesterol and suppress appetite (you can be healthy & lose fat by eating fat??). Fish oil is rich in Omega 3 fatty acid and it will help to slow down the inflammatory response in the blood vessels (aka less clogging of the coronary artery).  In addition, the fish oil will suppress GI tract motility like all fats would do. Which translate to slower digestion and longer latency to grab your next meal; unless you've got some crazy sweet craving that you've gotta cure it with boba tea or ice cream.

    I can't believe I'm this nerdy these days....... what have I done to myself ???

  • Quite a shift of paradigm tonight.

    For the longest time, I though I wasn't part of the issue in the problems that I face. The problems I see usually are caused by someone else and not of my own. It turns out that I'm closely related to the problems that I face in my life. The words I say & and things I do have an effect on close ones that I don't even notice.

    It takes real courage to say I'm sorry to someone close and it was a struggle for me to take the first step recently. But I've done it, let's hope things will change for better from this step forward.
